Relibility Lead – Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations (INO)
Location: Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
Position Type: Full-time, permanent, staff. Pay Range: $157,000 to $175,000 plus annual variable compensation bonus.
Duties and Accountabilities
Reporting to the Director of Strathcona Mill, the Reliability Lead ensures the efficient and reliable operation of all assets at the Mill. The role provides leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of reliability strategies and programs aimed at improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, increasing throughput and optimizing asset management processes.
The position works closely with Maintenance, Operations, Process Control, Engineering, and Reliability teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
