Ensure conformance results of product validation of Milwaukee Tools through reliability engineering skills.

• 1-3 years of experience in new product development processes, emphasizing design.
• Advanced knowledge of RCA methods as 8D.
• Previous relevant experience with Design of Experiments, life data analysis, and other statistical tools and software (i.e., Minitab, ReliaSoft, MonteCarlo).
• Experience with test plan development.
• Advanced experience on mechanical and electronics.
• Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Asia for technical benchmarketing and resolving questions.
• Perform statistical analysis (Weibull, reliability distributions, matrices) to interpret test results and generate reports with clear conclusion.
