This is a fast paced, technical function combining multiple disciplines to evaluate onsemi product for the automotive market.
Performance Objectives
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
Organize, document, and perform device reliability stress activities. Gain a full understanding of Automotive Reliability Specifications including AQG324. Collaborate with our team of Engineers and Technicians to support Reliability operations. Generate Stress Reports for distribution and archival Perform device characterization. Work on cutting edge technologies like Silicon Carbide. Generate qualification plans for process changes in assembly/packaging an...
