Job Description

The Release Train Engineer facilitates and manages,Agile programme delivery, PI Planning, Dependency management, Release management, Risk management, Agile metrics .

Job Duties

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile Release Train events, including Programme Increment Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Lead the resolution of impediments, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery of software releases.
• Support teams in continuous improvement efforts and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Monitor and report on programme progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
