Release Manager/Scrum Master

At Gateway, we’re looking for a highly organized, delivery-focused Release Manager / Scrum Master to help drive the successful delivery of our core platform, Paws eTrack.

What You’ll Do

• Own and coordinate end-to-end release cycles
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage sprint capacity, forecasting, and delivery timelines
• Ensure backlog readiness in partnership with Product Management
• Identify risks early and keep delivery on track
• Communicate release plans, timelines, and impacts clearly to stakeholders
• Coordinate across Engineering, QA, IT Operations, and business teams

What You Bring

• 4–7 years of experience in release management, Scrum Master, or project coordination roles
• Hands‑on experience supporting Agile software development teams
