Release Management

Summary

The Release Delivery Coordinator will manage and oversee the release management lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient releases across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Release Management processes, stakeholder communications, release planning and ADO dashboard maintenance. They will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to roll out the release/patches/hotfixes. The role also involves identifying and mitigating release risks, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving release processes. This role is strictly involved in release coordination activities and does not involve direct access to Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or any secured or confidential client data.
