Release Delivery Lead — BCC Platform

Singtel is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery and release management for the BCC (Billing, Customer & Charging) squad. This role will ensure releases are delivered safely, predictably, and in compliance with organization controls.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, 5–10 years of experience in IT delivery, and a strong understanding of change governance processes.
