The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and timely issue resolution.
- Generate repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and after-sales support.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets while ensuring customer retention.
