Relationship Manager

Role Description

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, activating broker channels and representing Casa Vista Development. This role involves handling all incoming leads, conducting broker briefings, closing deals and ensuring high levels of product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Deal Closure

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiate offers with buyers and brokers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.

2. Lead Management

• Respond promptly to all incoming leads from digital channels, walk-ins, referrals, and brokers.
• Maintain professional communication across phone, whatsApp, email and in-person interactions.
