This is a sales-oriented seat for a hunter: someone who can originate new client relationships, convert opportunities, and own the follow-through required to build trust over time. You will join on a fixed-term contract designed as a runway to a permanent role: a defined window to prove you can originate, convert, and grow client relationships on the Arta platform, with a clear path to converting to a full-time seat - and materially greater upside - once you do.
