Overview
The Relationship Associate is a developing professional role that applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and evaluating processes and data. The role identifies policy gaps, formulates policies, interprets data, makes recommendations, researches factual information, identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues, and proposes recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. The associate integrates disciplinary knowledge within their specialty area with a basic understanding of related industry practices, demonstrates a good understanding of how the team interacts with others to accomplish objectives of the area, and develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. The role has limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of tasks/services provided and its impact is restricted to the own team.
