Reinsurance Placement Assistant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Toronto, Canada . This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Review and update annual renewal exhibits based on client data submitted during the placement/renewal process, providing analysis of trends and potential data issues.
• Learn and navigate company systems for setting up/renewing programs, creating submissions, selecting approved markets, and managing quotes and authorizations.
• Track the placement status of assigned accounts and follow up with brokers for necessary updates and information.
• Communicate with clients and/or markets during the placement process as needed.
• Draft and secure broker sign-off on renewal requests, marketing lists, placement updates, and post-placement communications using company templates and DISCLAIMERS.
