Responsibilities
The Reindeer Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reindeer Station, a restaurant and bar serving the Diego Garcia community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Leading and supervising a diverse, multi-national team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
