As a Regulatory Specialist, you will keep the Business Units of Aboitiz Renewable compliant with all power industry laws and rules to avoid penalties and protect the company's reputation. The specialist is responsible for studying regulatory updates, preparing accurate documentation, and ensuring all compliance reports are submitted on time to agencies like the Department of Energy, Energy Regulatory Commission, National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, National Transmission Corporation, Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines, Philippine Electricity Market Corporation, and Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management. To achieve this, the role coordinates closely with internal departments to make sure day-to-day company operations follow all regulatory requirements and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world.
