Regulatory & Compliance Manager – Water Infrastructure

The Regulatory & Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all project activities in Mexico comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations while aligning with cross-border project requirements and overall WIFA program objectives.

This role supports project development, permitting, design, and construction activities by managing regulatory risks, facilitating approvals, and coordinating closely with engineering, environmental, legal, and construction teams, as well as government agencies and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Permitting Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage permitting and regulatory strategies for Mexico-based project activities, including environmental, water rights, land use, and infrastructure approvals.
