In this role you ensure employee and talent processes meet regulatory standards while shaping scalable compliance controls. You will map obligations, develop and challenge policies, and oversee training programs to mitigate conduct risk. Working within the Compliance team, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners and regulators to drive responsible growth. You will play a pivotal role in horizon scanning across geographies and in incident remediation, contributing to Revolut’s mission to deliver a trusted, compliant financial super app.
