REGULATORY COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Regulatory Compliance Manager at Via, you will monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements, compliance policies and procedures, conduct or escalaterisk assessments and facilitate responses to audits. Working in close coordination with in-house legal counsel, you will apply for regulatory licenses and permits, support the preparation of compliance reports and regulatory submissions, collaborate with other departments to address compliance issues, and provide training and support to staff on compliance matters.

In this role, you will also utilize legal AI and language learning models to help scale compliance tasks, ensuring our solutions are both locally compliant and globally scalable. The Regulatory Compliance team identifies, measures, monitors, and reports risks and exposures connected to Via’s Software as a Service (“SaaS”) and Transportation as a Service (“TaaS”) services.
