Berneslai Homes in Barnsley is seeking a Consumer Standards Coordinator to maintain our C1 status and respond to the needs of our customers. You’ll need excellent knowledge of social housing consumer standards and the regulatory framework, be organised and articulate, with a keen eye for detail and confidence to guide colleagues as we strive to deliver excellent services for all of our tenants.
