Regulatory Compliance & Data Protection Manager

Frasers Group is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Compliance to ensure adherence to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2024. The candidate will lead compliance audits, handle data breaches, and serve as a trusted advisor across departments.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, with at least eight years of experience in compliance management, particularly in a retail environment. Certifications in Data Protection are highly advantageous.

A strong cultural and ethical compliance framework is required for this role, along with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
