Regulatory Compensation Analyst

Pay rate range (CAD): $43.22/hr– $51.87/hr

Responsibilities

• Identify regulatory requirements impacting compensation plans, including for senior executives and material risk takers
• Focus on legislation from prudential regulators across jurisdictions where employees are located, emphasizing governance, risk management, and financial accountability
• Maintain and update a list of enterprise oversight functions monitoring relevant regulators and regulations related to incentive and variable compensation globally
• Establish and nurture relationships with oversight functions to stay informed of regulatory developments
• Assess regulatory updates, such as SEC clawback provisions, to determine compliance of compensation plans and communicate findings to HR and Total Rewards leadership
• Prepare responses to regulatory groups concerning compliance requirements for regulatory topics like clawbacks
