Registered Practical Nurse (Retirement Home)
Casa Dolce Casa is seeking a care-centered team player to fulfill the role of Registered Practical Nurse. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to be a critical member of the health and wellness team. Responsibilities
- Oversee the health and wellness of all the residents;
- Assist with the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of individualized care to meet the resident’s holistic needs and promote and respect the Resident Bill of Rights;
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of the resident plan of care. Implement nursing care as outlined in the resident specific plan of care;
- Communicate resident care needs and changes in resident status to the Head Nurse and to resident key contacts;
