Responsibilities
- Provides direction and supervision to PSWs/team members
- Responsible for ongoing assessment of resident care needs, monitoring and reporting changes
- Participates in the development and modification of resident’s plan of care; assists in implementing/evaluating the effectiveness of the plans
- Supports/participates in the orientation of new associates
