Position Summary
Registered Nurse – Temporary Full Time – Child/Adolescent Mental Health – Lakeridge Health Oshawa. 8 or 12 hour shifts on a DDNN schedule (subject to change). Wage: $41.15 to $58.98 per hour.
Duties & Responsibilities
Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse will conduct physical and mental health assessments, contribute to the development of treatment plans, and deliver interventions within the Child and Adolescent Inpatient unit. Interventions include crisis assessment and management, medication administration, facilitation of group work, and providing individual and family support, counseling, and health teaching. The Registered Nurse will document all aspects of patient care and actively participate in patient care meetings, maintaining all relevant statistics.
