In Your Role You Will

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and develop individualized nursing care plans and therapies for service recipients.
• Provide recipient‑centered care by utilizing observation, monitoring, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, health teaching, and reporting any adverse events to the immediate supervisor or required stakeholders.
• Perform routine nursing care such as administering medications and treatments according to the established care plan or medical directive.
• Perform specialized nursing procedures for which recognized training and current competencies have been demonstrated and updated per standards such as tube feeding.
• Implement established procedures to prepare essential facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Provide or assist with emergencies consistent with legislative parameters and approved organization policy.
