Primary Care Alberta (PCA) is seeking a passionate and community minded Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Public Health Nursing team. Reporting to the Public Health Area Manager, the Public Health Nurse (PHN) will lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of public health programs and initiatives—including advocacy, community engagement, health education, and skill building—to strengthen wellness for patients, families, groups and populations across Alberta. Your work will span maternal, infant, child, and adult health promotion; immunization delivery for all age groups, including seasonal influenza; communicable disease prevention, surveillance, and follow up; and comprehensive health assessments with anticipatory guidance, preventative screening, and referrals.
