Your Opportunity: Located in the historic community of Fort Macleod, Alberta and in close proximity to the Rocky Mountains, Fort Macleod Home Care has an opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Reporting to the Seniors Health Area Manager, as a casual Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for collaborating and organizing comprehensive health care services for clients in a variety of settings in coordination with the Home Care Case Manager. The Fort Macleod Home Care Team is knowledgeable with a strong commitment to quality patient care. The casual Home Care RN has the ability to develop creative approaches to client care and demonstrates sound critical thinking and ethical decision making. You will need to demonstrate a patient and family centered approach with all client interactions.
