Registered Nurse- Endoscopy

Responsibilities

• Renders Total Patient Client care in the unit according to the Scientific Nursing Process following the guidelines of the International Patient Safety Goals evidence-based practice and clinical pathways as per policy
• Reflects Organizational mission, vision and values in behavior
• Integrates and demonstrates NMC culture orientation in daily activities taking into consideration cultural diversity specific to geographical area
• Performs the initial assessment of the patients
• Ensures clinic has relevant patient information leaflets; clinic is safe, tidy and neat
• Coordinates with her/his designated area for smooth functioning and optimum patient care
• Notifies patients of readiness of reports, arranges patient’s health care related appointments and treatments
