Do you have a passion for nursing? We have the position for you We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at the Dawson Creek & District Hospital.
In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, as part of the multidisciplinary team, the R.N./RPN works with people admitted to the Adult Psychiatry Unit for Acute treatment of Mental Health and Addiction issues. As part of the multidisciplinary team, through assessment and monitoring of each client, the nurse develops and implements a plan of personal care and intervention to assist the client in managing the symptoms of their illness. Thereby the client can return to the community and connect with appropriate follow up services.
