Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Services

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children's residential home in Kidderminster. The home supports young people aged 10–17 with complex emotional and behavioural needs, including trauma and mental health challenges.

*Salary & Benefits*

* *Basic Salary:* £50,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
* *Up to £60,000* for Ofsted “Outstanding” graded managers
* *Annual Occupancy Bonus:* Up to £10,000 (linked to Ofsted grading & placement levels)
