WestCana is looking for a Part‑time Dietician with a passion for the elderly to join one of our teams and support residents in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities

• Review menus and perform required audits, observe delivery of meals, check food quality and advise Food Services to ensure all nutritional requirements of residents are met.
• Develop documentation and reporting systems to maintain records and communication regarding nutritional assessments alongside compliance to therapeutic diet requirements and nutritional care plans, including MDS or PCC Point Click Care assessments.
• Provide clinical dietetic support to the multidisciplinary care planning team by assessing residents’ nutritional status and implementing nutritional care plans to meet those needs.
