Registered Dietitian for Diabetes Care

Join the healthcare field as a Registered Dietitian specializing in diabetes, metabolic health, and extensive needs services. This role supports outpatient clinics and includes potential off-site responsibilities.
Reporting to the Professional Practice Manager, you will focus on diabetes education for managing T1 and T2 diabetes in adults, as well as nutritional care for pediatric patients with complex needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary environment, providing guidance and support to help patients achieve health goals through effective education and nutritional therapy.
