Back in Motion is seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) to join our award‑winning team in Coquitlam. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians passionate about evidence‑based trauma treatment and collaborative care.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver evidence‑based treatment (e.g., Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy)
• Develop and implement individualized trauma‑focused treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records and administer psychological assessments
• Prepare written reports and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Use strong clinical judgment and intervene during crisis situations when required
• Uphold Back in Motion’s standards, policies, and clinical best practices
