Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide treatment for a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions.
- Perform biomechanical assessments and gait analysis to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Deliver medical pedicures, callus care, nail care, and management of ingrown toenails, corns, warts, and fungal infections.
- Provide diabetic foot care, including preventive care, monitoring, and education.
- Perform minor surgical procedures as appropriate, including local anesthetic administration, partial or total nail avulsion, wart excision, and wart needling.
- Educate patients about foot health and collaborate with them to develop individualized treatment plans.
