Registered BCBA Therapist with OAP

Sunflower Developmental Services is looking for a partnership with a dedicated individual that are register with OAP to oversee our Life & Social Skills program for individuals with special needs.

Must be able to work with all ages, willing to learn, motivated and able to support, and enhance growth & development for individuals with special needs and for the organization.

Therapist Role

• Meet with each individual client, to develop individualized programming that is structured and meets the needs/goals of the individual.
• Work with clients of all ages from the age of four years old.
• Work with individuals that have a diagnosis of ASD or other complexities/ behavioural needs.
• Develop structured activities for individuals with ASD and/or other behavioural needs to accomplish goals.
