Responsibilities
- Participate in joint site surveys with SP PowerGrid officers prior to work and submit mandatory Notifications for Commencement of Earthwork.
- Remain on-site full-time to directly monitor earthwork operations, manage manpower, and enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health policies.
- Halt unsafe work when deviations occur, manage emergency protocols if cables or pipes are jeopardized, and maintain meticulous documentation for inspections.
- Act as the localized subject matter expert on legislation such as the Electricity Act and Gas Act.
