What you’ll be doing
Participate with the APAC & Europe Head of Motor and General CUO in developing and maintaining underwriting processes and guidelines.
Perform Underwriting reviews, quality controls, SOA reviews and other governance activities to support the local offices’ business.
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement, especially by facilitating regular meetings in sharing knowledge and best practice between the local offices.
Support and coordinate the implementation of Motor Data Quality culture across Underwriting, Claims, Credit Control and Middle Office.
