Regional Technical Leader - C&SP Solution Center Europe

Reporting to the Head of Technical Leaders (Fernando), you will serve as the design authority and primary technical reference for up to three strategic accounts within the EU C&S Solution Center. Your role is to ensure technical excellence and standardization of Schneider Electric’s electrical and cooling solutions from early prescription and tender phases through project execution, aligning with technical governance, quality, safety, and cybersecurity principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical exchanges, workshops, and clarifications with customers, building trust through clear explanations of complex concepts and trade‑offs.
• Support tender and pre‑tender phases by defining and validating technical architectures, design assumptions, and compliance matrices.
