- In charge of end-to-end process of talent acquisition activities, from job requisition/intake meetings with hiring managers to pre-onboarding
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates
- Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
