Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee the Supplier Quality Assurance program across the Asia Pacific Region (APAC)
- Ensure outsourced components and materials meet engineering specifications and production standards
- Manage the APAC supplier quality team, liaise between suppliers and internal teams
- Drive adherence to supplier quality processes and improve overall supplier Quality and Delivery performance
- Lead timely closure of Supplier Corrective Actions (SCARs)
- Partner with Supply Chain and Engineering to resolve challenges at the supplier level
- Ensure compliance with supplier audit processes
- Drive continuous improvement through joint projects with suppliers
- Conduct data analysis and trending of regional supplier quality data
