Regional Supplier Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the Supplier Quality Assurance program across the Asia Pacific Region (APAC)
• Ensure outsourced components and materials meet engineering specifications and production standards
• Manage the APAC supplier quality team, liaise between suppliers and internal teams
• Drive adherence to supplier quality processes and improve overall supplier Quality and Delivery performance
• Lead timely closure of Supplier Corrective Actions (SCARs)
• Partner with Supply Chain and Engineering to resolve challenges at the supplier level
• Ensure compliance with supplier audit processes
• Drive continuous improvement through joint projects with suppliers
• Conduct data analysis and trending of regional supplier quality data
