Maths is not simply a subject it is a way of thinking that empowers young people to solve problems, make sense of the world, and approach challenges with logic, creativity and confidence. From financial literacy to data‑driven decision‑making, mathematics equips students with essential skills for their futures. 

To achieve our ambition of making Maths meaningful, accessible and inspiring for every student, we need a leader who can bring the subject to life. Someone who understands the craft of mathematical thinking and who knows how to ignite curiosity in young people.

We need a Maths specialist who believes every student can succeed, and who can design and deliver a curriculum that builds confidence, deepens understanding and supports progression for all.
