The Regional Sourcing Associate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of sourcing strategy based on business growth forecasts. This person will work closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead and our hiring teams across the region to deliver effective execution of sourcing activities. He/she will provide advice and market insight on sourcing of roles required by the business.
About the Role
- Define the sourcing strategy for business requisitions by considering the most appropriate channels to source talent.
- Provide support in sourcing of specialist roles as per business requirements and any ad‑hoc support required by recruiters.
- Identify prospects and generate an appropriate long list of candidates for each requirement allocated.
- Engage appropriate candidates; introducing interested parties to the recruitment process to convert prospects to active candidates.
