Regional SHE Manager - Multi-Site Risk & Compliance

Henkel is seeking a Regional SHE professional to support and drive the regional SHE strategy across multiple sites. You will implement global and regional processes, ensure consistent management-system application, and monitor regulatory compliance while leading audits and incident investigations.

The role requires strong English and local language skills, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and 3–5 years in SHE within multi-site or manufacturing environments.
