Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve or exceed company goals in revenue, market share, and store expansion for mobile phone financing products.
  • Lead the expansion of the open channel market by conducting fieldwork to identify, sign, onboard, and activate new merchant partners (mobile phone retailers, dealers, chains). Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key partners.
  • Recruit, train, motivate and manage a high‑performing team including Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Sales Representatives, and Brand Ambassadors. Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and career development support.
  • Oversee daily sales operations across all stores in the region, ensuring strict adherence to company policies. Guarantee the frontline sales team is fully trained to effectively promote phone financing services to customers.
