Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager you will focus on improving day-to-day clinic sales operations to support our strategic and long‑term goals. You will help setting best‑in‑class standards and work with other leaders to ensure compliance and that processes, training, quality are in place. This role will require frequent travelling.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Clinic Sales Operations efforts across South Spain (or other designated region).
• Work with teams in various locations on sales processes, clinic fulfilment and conversion.
• Ensure best practices & standard sales operating procedures are followed in all locations.
• Make sure training & onboarding procedures as well as training materials are in place for the clinic personnel.
• Provide ongoing oversight of operating activities, including development of metrics and reports, to ensure quality standards are being upheld.
