Regional Sales Leader – Industrial Compressed Air Solutions

Talents First Executive Search & Selection is seeking an Area Sales Manager based in Galicia, Spain. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in Northern Spain and Portugal, developing and managing a distributor network while promoting technical solutions in compressed air systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, a strong technical background, and excellent negotiation skills. Frequent travel within the territory is required.
