The Regional Quality Leader (RQL) will own and drive delivery on commitments for regional locomotive fleets performance across EMEA region. In partnership with the Service Leaders, the RQL is the primary point-of-contact for customer quality and reliability related topics. The RQL interfaces directly with all levels of customers/partners management and across the entire Wabtec matrix. The RQL will also work closely with Services to support the launch of new service accounts inclusively off shop initiatives, workscopes and new locomotive orders.
