Regional Property Manager

Royal York Property Management is hiring an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead a regional team of Account Managers and oversee a large residential property portfolio across Ontario.

This is a leadership role, not a traditional property manager role. Account Managers are responsible for the day‑to‑day owner and tenant relationship, including communication, follow‑ups, rent collection issues, legal coordination, maintenance escalations, client retention, and service quality.

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for managing those Account Managers, holding the team accountable, handling escalated complaints, and ensuring the region is organized, responsive, and under control. This role requires the ability to manage people, pressure, difficult clients, overdue tasks, legal follow‑ups, maintenance escalations, and high‑volume operations without losing structure.
