About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on Regional Property Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role oversees the day‑to‑day operations, performance, and overall success of a diverse residential portfolio across London, Chatham, Stratford, Guelph, Breslau, and Kitchener.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the operations and performance of a residential portfolio across multiple markets throughout Southwestern Ontario.
- Lead, mentor, and support Resident Managers and Assistant Resident Managers to drive strong property performance and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure properties are well‑maintained, professionally operated, and consistently aligned with company standards.
