Regional Procurement Leader — Hospitality & Cost Control

Mad Monkey Hostels is seeking a Regional Purchasing Officer to lead procurement and compliance across its hostel portfolio in the region. You will oversee a purchasing team, create purchase orders based on approvals, and ensure timely payments to vendors.

You will collaborate with Finance and Operations to monitor cost of sales, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain auditable records while upholding Mad Monkey values.
