As the Regional Practice Manager, your role is pivotal in enhancing practice operations and patient care metrics across several locations. You will focus on identifying opportunities for growth and productivity while implementing corporate initiatives to ensure high standards of service and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall practice operations to ensure high productivity
• Analyze performance to identify challenges and solutions
• Implement action plans based on corporate objectives
• Act as the primary link between corporate and practice teams
• Work closely with HR, Marketing, and Finance to address operational needs
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager in Orthodontic Dentistry
